Lansdcape Element, Red Strata is acrylic mixed media on canvas. Full of tactile references to the land with an intense immersion into variations of red. The green, black, blue , white sections push the dominant red and rock it into a strata of excitement.

I like to use a constant mark to create candance and continuity in my abstractions The long rectangle is the measurement of me forearm which is the measurement of my foot. I think it is important to think about the energy that it takes to make art and the tool is my body. The geometry of the mark or measurement of my forearm is a foil for the organic and intuitive use of color and form . $1200
