Today I am doing most of my work in both The Torpedo Factory studio 225 and Studio “g” . A structure that is next to my home in Alexandria , Virginia. It gives me space and silence . The time I have to add to it to make artwork. I love to paint. I love color. My process is a meditation and a struggle. I have been painting for many years , graduating in art at the University of Louisville .1972. I am a Torpedo Factory Artist and have spent 28 years in the building creating . I have a working knowledge of acrylics’s how and why as a Golden GAEP . I enjoy knowledge of wonderful acrylics . The exploration of how they work and the science about what they are created to do . As a GAEP I know how to teach and work with them successfully.

The Art League School and I have 28 years of classes . Classes have restarted after a 2 year retreat from teaching . Wednesday 1-4 pm Fall 2024 in-person
